Return & Exchange Policy


Canadian & U.S Orders

Just simply contact us with your order number, the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason. Our customer service representative will process your request within 24 hours and provide further information.
For damaged/defective items, we will  provide a full credit. Photo submission is required.
For sizing-issue related exchanges, the buyer is responsible for sending the item/items back to us and we will provide a full credit for the exchanged item/items with free shipping.
Our service representative will provide our warehouse address upon request approval.
**Please note that all items have to be in their original condition when returning; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your return. If it's been washed, worn outside, etc, they are no longer available for full credit.**
Restocking Fee
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee on all returnable items within 15 days from receiving the item(s)

For all international orders (outside of US or Canada)

If the item is defective, we will replace it or provide a full credit. If you would like to return the item(s) for a credit, the buyer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us. We will provide a full credit once the package arrived at our warehouse. 
Competitor Athletics does not cover international return shipping costs or the shipping fees on replacement orders for international exchanges.
International orders are not eligible for exchange.

Important Notice for buyers outside of North America

All packages are sent from our Canadian warehouse. Competitor Athletics is NOT responsible for the duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and customs charges to clear your custom. Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is rejected by the buyer because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses not to accept the package and abandon it, a refund will not be provided. 
Personal items such as gym accessories, underwear, boxer, socks, etc
If the item is defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund. We do not accept return or exchange for personal items such as socks, underwear, posing trunks, boxers, etc due to the hygiene issue. 

All sale items are final. No return or exchange.
